★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 私はそちらで7/15頃自転車¥110000を買いました。8/1に取りに行く約束をしたのですが途中2回ほど確認の電話を入れると「もう取りに来るのですか」と早く行けみたいな口調で言われ不快な思いをしました。後に乗り始めて1ヶ月した時後タイヤの内側シャフト1本外れてしまって修理をお願いした所、直した方が良いと言われましたが新品には戻らずおいたちごっこになると言い上から目線な口調でした。
私も新品から1ヶ月で簡単に壊れるのはおかしいと思いそちらの方にメールで問い合わせてくれて無料修理するとのことでした。
同じ会社の対応なぜこうも違うのかも購入した店の態度よりそちらの方が親切なのか私には全くわかりません。
売るだけの高売で後はなんの責任ももたないまるで新車の車を売ってあとは家の責任にするような店と同じに思えました。
皆さんもてるてる大正店で自転車を買わない方が良いと思います。

I also thought that it would be strange that it would break easily in a month from a new product, so I contacted that person by e-mail and said that it would be repaired free of charge.
The response of the same company I have no idea why it is so different or if it is kinder than the attitude of the store where I bought it.
It was a high-priced store that sold only, and had no responsibility after that. It seemed like a store that sold a new car and took responsibility for the house.
I think it's better not to buy a bicycle at the Taisho store, which everyone has.
