大杉さんでは、BBを外して一手間かけてくれたり、しっかりと対応して頂きましてありがとうございました。
OH等でお世話になりたいと思うお店の一つです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 私が行った時は比較的若い店員さん2人いらっしゃいました。2人ともサーファーっぽくチャラそうでヤンチャな感じで嫌いなタイプだったので店に入った時に「うわ、失敗したな」と思いました。
折角来たので完成車をとりあえず見ていたら意外と？親切・丁寧に対応してくれ、ネットで詳細を調べて私に分かりやすく説明してくださいました。
今回は食指が動かなかったので今乗ってるリムからディスクに乗り換える時にもう一度行こうと思います。
When I went, there were two relatively young clerk. Both of them seemed to be surfers, and they were crazy and disliked, so when I entered the store, I thought, "Wow, I failed."
Since I came here, wouldn't it be surprising if I was looking at the finished car for the time being? They responded kindly and politely, looked up the details online and explained to me in an easy-to-understand manner.

ロードバイクを扱うプロショップなのでそこらの自転車屋より値は貼りますがサービスの質は高いです、安心です。
今は店長は西宮本店の方におられます。
