西	西岡優里 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日、後輪のスポークが折れていた為こちらこの自転車屋さんで修理していただきました。返却してもらい１週間もしないうちなパンクした為違う自転車屋さんへ修理依頼し開いてみると虫ゴムを止める部品が入ったおりそれが理由でパンクしたとの事だったので店舗へ出向き報告するも「そんなことは無いと思います」の一点張り。。。怪我の有無も確認無し。あまりにも認めようとしない為に「事故にならなかったからいいものの事故にあっていたらどうするのか？」と問いかけるも「そうですよね」のみ。。。「店長がいないので連絡を取ってから折り返し電話させてもらいます」って1時間程経たないと折り返しなし。異物が理由でパンクした料金は返していただきました。まだ、購入して1年も経っていないうえに誕生日プレゼントに買ってもらった電動自転車だった為大事に使っていたのにパンクさせられるしフレームも曲げられるわ最悪です。最後まで認めようとしない為、「もう、来ないので大丈夫です」といい店を出ました。スポークの交換費用っていくらなんでしょう。。。ちなみに交換した時の金額はスポークが３本折れていたので 200×3=600円施工費3200円消費税込で4180円でした。なんか、ぼったくられた気分です。。。自転車の購入、修理を検討している方は他店で購入、修理をオススメします。 The other day, the spokes on the rear wheels were broken, so I had them repaired at this bicycle shop.
