■最初の印象
店頭で気づくのは展示車の多さ
自宅からの近隣店舗2つと比べても多いと感じる
また、車種によっておすすめカスタムがされているものがあり購入後のイメージがしやすい。
■商談、見積もり
私の用途を伝え、オプションを理由や体験談などを交えて勧めていただいた。
別の店舗でも見積もり発行していただいていたが、そちらをキャンセルし契約。
予定よりも高くついたが店長の人柄もよく大満足でサインすることができた。
■総評
今回はじめて知ったが、同じホンダドリームでも運営会社が違いメンテナンスパックやお店の雰囲気も違うことがわかった。
私はこのお店にお世話になりたいと感じたが、人によってハマるかはわからないため近隣店舗を回って対応や雰囲気を確かめると満足のいく買い物ができると思います。
安い買い物では無いですからね

関東にいる間は、バイクの事についての相談や車検はここでずっとお世話になりたいと思いました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仕方ないのかもしれませんが、段々サービスが悪くなっていってる印象は受けます。古くからいる店員さんは愛想も良いですし知識も豊富です。ただ古い人はメカニック兼務なのでカウンターに居ないことも多いです。常時カウンターにいる人の方が年上そうですが新人です。他の口コミと評価が分かれているのは、この常時カウンターにいる中年男性と女性の店員が原因と思います。話しかけるならこの2名以外がいいです。ちなみに一番年配の男性は店長なので安心して相談できます。最近はオイル交換すら飛び込みではやって貰えないみたいで寂しい限りです。

中型以上はドリーム店でしか変えなくなったからなのかどうかはわかりませんが、近隣のドリーム店はあまり態度がいい感じがしていなかったのですが、お店によってこれだけ違うんだなというのを強く感じました（もちろんこのお店意外にも感じの良いドリーム店さんはあるし、私も幾つかは知ってます）。
やはりそれなりのまとまった金額を使う場所なので、「このお店なら、この人になら払いたいな」と思えることが大事だと思っていますが、そういう意味で私はいいお店で購入できたと思っています。
街のホンダウィングマークのお店でも、最近はオイル交換は予約必須だったりするので、まぁそれは仕方がないかなと思っています。
確かに昔はわりかし飛び込みで何とかなってたので、ライダー側としては楽でしたけどね。
