かなり吹っ掛けてきました。
普通の生活で出来たであろう、床のキズやら
契約書に書いてない畳替えの費用を盛り込んで
敷金2ヶ月分を飛び越えて、さらに10万以上請求されました。
で、その場で即決したくなかったので
知り合いに不動産に詳しい物がいるから、相談してから払うと言ったら
脅してるんですか？と言われました(笑)
何かやましいことでもあるんですかね？(笑)
現場で何処のキズや汚れを請求してるか
説明します、との事なので行ってみたら
全て今回は追加は頂かないで
敷金内で納めますので、との事でした。
？？？
まぁ、そうしていただけるなら有り難いですが。
最初に追加請求していた10万オーバーの料金はなんだったんですかね？(笑)
