★ ★ ★ ★ ★ タマケリに勤めている、黄色いフレームの自転車に乗っている男性がいます。ある日、歩いて高島平2丁目からタマケリの前を通り過ぎ、蓮根方面に向かっていた時のことです。
タマケリの前を通り過ぎるとき、黄色いフレームの自転車にまたがった男性が、タマケリの前でスマホとイヤフォンを操作していました。スマホを操作しながら、そのまま自転車で歩道に走り出してきました。まったく前を見ない状態で走り出し、歩いている自分にまっすぐ自転車はぶつかってきました。自分は歩道の車道寄りを歩いていたので、避けようにも避ける事が出来ませんでした。もっとも、勢い良く走り出してきたので、避けるような余裕はまったくありませんでした。自転車は止まり、自転車にまたがった男性は、自分に目を向けてきました。謝罪をするのかと思いました。しかしこの男性は、謝罪をするどころか、自分をただ黙って睨みつけてきました。あたかも自転車に乗る自分が被害者で、歩いていた自分のほうが迷惑を掛けた加害者であるかのような態度でした。黄色いフレームの自転車に跨りながらずっと此方を睨みつけていました。自分も黄色いフレームの自転車の男を、しばらく見ていました。勿論自分としては、人として謝罪するだろうと思って。しかし自転車の男は結局謝ることはしませんでした。そのまま睨み続けています。こんな馬鹿げた人間の相手なんかしていては、かえって自分自身が愚かしく感じてくるので、ほっといて用事を済ませにその場から立ち去ることにしました。なんとも哀れな自転車男でした。
There is a man who works for Tamakeri and rides a yellow framed bicycle. One day, I was walking from Takashimadaira 2-chome, in front of Tamakeri, and heading towards Hasune.
A man on a yellow-framed bicycle was operating his smartphone and earphones in front of Tamakiri as he passed by. While operating the smartphone, I started running on the sidewalk by bicycle. I started running without looking at all, and my bicycle hit my walking straight. I was walking near the sidewalk, so I could not avoid it. However, I was running so fast that I had no room to avoid it. The bicycle stopped, and the man across the bicycle turned his eyes to himself. I thought I would apologize. But instead of apologizing, the man simply stared at himself silently. It was as if I was riding the bicycle and I was walking, and I was walking as if I was bothering me. I was glaring at me all the time while straddling a bicycle with a yellow frame. I also saw a man on a bicycle with a yellow frame for a while. Of course, I thought I would apologize as a person. But the bike man did not apologize in the end. I keep staring at it. When I was doing something like this ridiculous human opponent, I felt stupid on my own, so I decided to leave and finish my business. It was a pathetic bicycle man!
