s	sudou atuso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土曜日のランチでお世話になりました。オーナー夫妻のみのこじんまりとしたお店ですが、強い食へのこだわりを感じます。古民家風？(ほんとに古いのかな。。)で、若干サブカルも感じます(笑) 仕入れに合わせて提供が変わるとのことで、マグロも良い部位がはいり、ワラサ？(かなぁ)、キンメ、イカ、どれも新鮮でした。アジ(だと思う笑)も、まったく臭みもなく丁寧に捌かれていました。あら汁もキンメで、優しい味付け。ゆったりといただけました。 4月オープンとのことで、面白いお店だなと思い、すこしお話するつもりが、食事後に1時間も話し込んでしまいました。お邪魔しました。また伺いたいと思います。次は何が出てくるのか楽しみです。 Thank you for your help at lunch on Saturday.
