 There is a teacher who is good at teaching and there is a kind teacher, so even if you are busy at work, you can keep going at your own pace. I started after I was 40 years old, but I wish I had entered earlier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 極真空手って「本気で殴り合ってカラダを硬くして鍛える」というのを目指している人がやるものだ、という勝手なイメージを持っていましたが、違っていました。
意外に論理的で、自分のカラダの動かし方やバランスを意識して動けるカラダ作りを目指せる場所でした。
I had the image of an ultra-vacuum hand that was intended for those who aim to "strike hard and harden and strengthen their bodies", but this was different.
Surprisingly logical, it was a place where I could aim at creating a body that I could move with my own movement and balance in mind.
