★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここは新患を受け入れる気は無いそうです。わざわざお盆真っ只中に先着順で電話をかけさせて78回目にやっと電話が繋がりましたが9月10月の予定は埋まってしまったそうです。1回線しかないのに競う様に電話をかけさせて挙げ句のはてに断るという。イカれた予約形態を取っています。そしてシステム面にしろ改修の予定は無いようなので、ここを受診するのはイライラするだけで新患を本当に受け入れているのかも不明なので、受診する気は無くて冷やかし程度に電話するぐらいがちょうど良いと思います。行列に並んで3時間程度待たされた挙げ句の品切れですっていう対応が快感の人にだけはおすすめです。

予約から問診、初診まで少なくともひと月はかかると思います。まずはホームページで、予約を取れる日を確認してみてください。
電話で予約を取った日は、心理士さんの問診を受けます。しっかり状況・状態の把握をしていただいた上で、初診日の予約を取ります。
心理士さん方も先生も、穏やかで話しやすい印象です。患者と家族の声を確かに受け止め、丁寧に診ていただけると思います。

初診の電話予約ができないことはHPに記載がありましたが、じゃあ初診でも直接行って忍耐強く待てば診ていただけるのかな？と思い電話で確認させていただいたところ、そういうご回答をいただきましたのでどなたかのご参考になれば。
クリニックの方がもしこの書き込みをご覧になっていたら…HPのトップページに赤字とか目立つ形で新規患者を受け入れてない旨記載していただいた方が親切ですし結果的に私のように問い合わせる電話が減りそちらの仕事も減ると思いますよ。
本当は昨日のうちにどこかで受診したかったところを市内で1番専門的に診てもらえそうだったので1日待ったのですが無駄骨になってしまいました。
