★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 益田から日原の間で、唯一駅舎があり、列車交換ができ、トイレがある駅です。味がある木造駅舎が残っています。自動券売機はありません。駐輪場はあります。駅舎から見て右側に広大な空き地がありますが、私有地なので駐車禁止です。
It is the only station between Masuda and Hihara that has a station building, train exchange, and a toilet. There is still a wooden station building with a taste. There is no automatic ticket vending machine. There is a bicycle parking lot. There is a vast vacant lot on the right side of the station building, but parking is prohibited because it is privately owned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 立派な木造駅舎です。無人駅ですが、自動販売機が設置されています。石見横田駅を益田方面に少し行った先に匹見川橋梁が見れます。列車本数が少ないから車がおすすめです。
It is a fine wooden station building. Although it is an unmanned station, vending machines are installed. You can see the Hikimi River Bridge after going a little toward Masuda from Iwami-Yokota Station. Cars are recommended because the number of trains is small.
