Y	Yohe Ishige on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夜に居酒屋として使わせて頂いてますとても清潔感のあるお店で、お母さん丁寧に掃除されてるんだろうなーと思ってますとんかつ美味しいです上ロースは厚いのですが、適度な歯応えと共にザクッと噛みきれます。噛んでる間の食感がまた良い感じ。下拵えの妙なんでしょうねー。パン粉はざっくり感のある、大きめの粒？すかねでも油っこさはあまり感じず、ザクザクの食感と香りが堪らないです。職人の技を感じます。居酒屋メニューもやたら充実してます。蒸し鶏と茗荷のポン酢和え大好き。どれもとても美味しい。おすすめ黒板メニューは人数に合わせて量を調整してくれます。煮物あったら是非。最近の私の流行りはヒレカツを醤油で頂くこと。うまいっす、ホントに。 I use it as an izakaya at night It's a very clean shop, and I think my mom is cleaning it carefully. n	nao on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチに伺いました。 14時少し前でしたが、4人がけテーブル一卓のみ空いており後は埋まっていました。上ロースを頂きました。肉の厚み大きさ共に満足でしたが、少しパサつきが有り、ジューシーではありませんでした。お米、お新香も美味しく頂きました。豚肉を扱われているので豚汁だと嬉しかったなぁ〜　次回はとんかつ以外のフライを頂きたいと思います。 I visited for lunch. W	Wattana Gotti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 船橋でとんかつと言えばここ！みたいに推薦されたので、期待に胸を膨らませながら訪問。結論から言うと期待外れとしか。ランチのとんかつ定食890円を頼んだのだが、赤身のとんかつが出て来た。これは好みが分かれる所だろうから文句は言わないが、ロースカツの甘味を期待している人には不向きだろう。問題は肉がジューシーではなく、パサついて居ること。これはイマイチ。高評価なので、何かの間違いかと思い、再訪。今度はヒレカツとメンチのミックス定食を頼んでみた。ヒレカツは少ない。メンチカツが噛み進めると嫌な食感が残るなど、こちらもイマイチ。いわゆる有名店と比べる事が間違っているのかもしれないが、これなら味噌汁が美味しくておかわり自由の和光に行った方がマシだろう。オススメ出来ないし再訪はもうない。 Speaking of pork cutlet in Funabashi, here!
