昨日チラシが入ってて知りました。 今年の9月、近くにオープンしたばかりのとんかつ屋です。 丁度良い時間に二度寝から起きたので行ってきました。 那須「桜山豚(オーシャントン)」のロース200g定食。寝起きだから150gでも良かったけど折角なので分厚いのを? ランチ価格で税込1,650円は安いのか? 肉は分厚く衣も肉も揚げ加減は丁度いい。 分厚いので松のやの二の舞で口の中がズタズタにならないか心配でしたが杞憂でした。 肉も柔らかいだけではなく繊維が細かいのか詰まりやすい奥歯に肉が詰まる事もなく食べやすかったけど赤身部分の味は淡白でしたが脂身は甘く中々のもの。 最初はソースで食べたけど塩かけた方が美味しかったのでそのまま塩で頂きました。 値段的にそうそう行かれる店ではないけど美味しい店を開拓出来て良かったです。 ひとつ残念だったのが揚げ油の質。 オリジナルブレンドらしいが特に特徴はなく少し胃もたれする感じでした。(胃もたれは直ぐに回復) ここら辺が浦安の老舗「やまだ」との差が出てますね。伊達に40年以上続いている訳じゃないのが解ります=やまだ 値段もやまだと殆んど変わらないし。 浦安のやまだは本当に旨いんです。 でも浦安まで行く気力が全くない? 近所にあるのが最高のアドバンテージですね=かつ膳。 とにかく分厚いかつ食べて満足出来たので良かったです?❗ あっ、次に行ったら食べようと思うのですが上尾のキセキ食堂を真似た?低温加熱してから揚げる 「キセキのとんかつ 惚れかつ桜山豚」もありました(笑) 通常のとんかつより更に柔らかいそうです。

2022-03 県道船取線 金杉交差点から東へ200mほど入ったところにあるとんかつ専門店です。 日曜日のランチではじめて利用しました。 駅からは遠い場所ですが、駐車場は十数台分あります。 11時40分ころで先客ゼロ。後客3組。 ファミレスのような店内はボックス席、テーブル席、座敷席からソファー席まであり、家族やグループの利用には便利だと思います。 メニューはもちろんトンカツ中心ですが、海老フライ、牡蠣フライ、メンチなどの組み合わせや、週替わりのブランド豚など、パッと見、似たようなメニューが多く混沌としている印象です。 なお とんてき、カツカレー、カレーうどん、かつ煮定食などもあり、なぜか倍盛りまで無料の蕎麦定食もあります。 この日、自分は「和風御膳(とろろ、冷奴、小鉢、漬物)のロースカツ御膳 1700円(税込)」を。 妻は「大海老フライ1本 ヒレカツ2枚定食+牡蠣フライ1個 1950+250円(税込)」を注文しました。 はじめにすり鉢に入ったゴマと壺付けが出されます。 和風御膳のロースカツは、見た感じ揚げ色が薄いように感じます。 「栃木桜山豚使用」とのことでしたが、味は普通、厚みはそれほどありません。とろろはたっぷりあって美味しいですが、冷えた煮物の小鉢と冷奴は微妙です。味噌汁はアサリでしたがこれもまあ普通です。 妻の「大海老フライ」は、たしかにメニュー写真通りの大きな海老です。しかしこの組み合わせで2000円オーバーと思うと、こちらもやはり普通、という評価でしょうか。 全体的に値段の張るメニューが多く、せめて1000円ちょっとでカツ丼でもあれば、平日ランチに来てもいいかな、と思えるのですが、、、ちょっと残念です。
