ユ	ユウ“ユウ” on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オトリ物件を使って店舗に来させるやり方をしているので注意して下さい。かなり条件のいい物件があり内見予約をして実際に店舗に行くと前日に契約が決まってしまったといわれました。後日、別名でその物件の問い合わせをしたところ契約されてるはずの物件なのに内見可能といわれました。おとり物件といわれてもしかたがないと思います。 Please note that we are using the Otori property to bring you to the store. き	きなこ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とりあえず店舗に来てもらうようなシステムなのでしょうか？そして問い合わせた物件と違う物件を紹介されました。気になる物件があり、しかしスケジュール的に時間が限られていた為現地での内見を申し込んだところ、現地集合はできないと言われ何とか時間を作り店舗に足を運んだ。店舗にいくとその物件はもう決まってしまったとのこと。内見申し込みから店舗に行くまで数日間あったので、決まってしまったなら一度連絡をくれてもよかったのでは？その物件とは違う他の物件を紹介されたが持ち帰って考える事に。後日最初に気になっていた物件（もう既に契約済みと言われた）の募集がまだ出ていたので、内見を再び申し込むと内見可能との返事が来た。え、、、もう契約済みなんじゃないの？不審に思い再び問い合わせるとこちらのミスだと言われた。店舗での対応は親切で丁寧なので口コミでの評価は高かった分残念でした。 Is it a system that invites people to come to the store for the time being?
