基本的に推奨できない。元々ある家具の品質の悪さや、壁はダンボール一枚なのかと思える防音性。家賃が直払いという謎のルール。他の住む住人は学生である所為か、共同利用の施設のマナーも悪いのが基本です。洗濯機に洗濯物が放置されるのは普通ですし、トイレで動画鑑賞始める人もいます。そして、管理人に報告してもなぜか対応は薄いです。廊下の清掃等は他に人を雇っているみたいですが、雇っている人の子供に掃除をさせる、子供を廊下で大騒ぎさせる、又それの注意をしない、など管理人としてどうなのかと思われる行いも多々あります。高校生に通わせるなら食事が出る面を考えて、それでも推奨できませんが、一考の余地はあるのかと。しかし大学生以上に関しては、外食、外泊の頻度の多いことを考慮すると、食費込みの家賃は確実に大きな負担になります。食事が出る制度もメリットとは考えにくい為、やはり推奨できません。

ここの良さはご飯がおいしくて建物内がとても綺麗で、なにより大家さん夫婦とお手伝いさんがすごく優しくて良くしてくれるところですまた、前の人が書いたように家具の質は悪いですが壁の薄さかダンボールは言いすぎですね下宿というのはこのぐらいの壁だと思いますまた、家賃も直払いではなく通帳との結び付け？というんですかね直払いかそれの2択で選ぶことができます確実に直払いだけではないですまた、トイレで映画鑑賞や洗濯物の放置というのは見たことがないですいたとしてもトイレも洗濯機も2階だけでもそれぞれ2つあるので問題ないです子供が騒ぐことに関してですが子供だから仕方ない、ではダメなんでしょうか？気にしたことなかったですご飯は夕食だけですが、一食単位でお金わ請求されるので外食の時はなしにすることもできますなのでこれも問題ないです前の評価が同業者なのかというほど嘘も混じった酷い書かれようだったので私も書き込みました参考にして下さい
