★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3世代で楽しめるランチビュッフェでした。スイーツの種類も豊富で大満足。黒ビールみたいなアイスコーヒーがあったり、遊び心もあって楽しかったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチに母の誕生日で利用しましたが最悪の思い出となりました。愛想の無い接客と裏からの怒鳴り声が丸聞こえで落ち着いて食べれず料理はレトルトと冷食のオンパレードで頼みの綱のお肉はジャーキーみたく硬いとても残念な内容でした。後で周りに聞いたら昔と比べるとかなり質が落ちたとの事。2度は無いです。
I used it for lunch on my mother's birthday, but it was the worst memory. I couldn't eat calmly because I could hear the unfriendly customer service and the yelling from the back, and the food was an on-parade of retort pouch and cold food. When I asked the people around me later, it was said that the quality was considerably lower than in the past. Not twice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コンサートの鑑賞をし、そのままオオクラアクトシティに一泊して翌朝のバイキングを頂きました。注文で焼いて貰えるオムレツが非常に美味しかったです。
After watching the concert, I stayed overnight at Okura Act City and had a buffet the next morning. The omelet that was baked on order was very delicious.

もう少し品数が多いといいかな。
デザートに、チーズや抹茶を使ったスイーツがあればもっとよかった。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 浜松市アクトタワーのホテルオークラの2階です。モーニングはお手頃な値段で食べれます。宿泊しなくてもモーニングを食べれます。浜松ならではの地元の名物料理が出ます。食べ放題です。駐車場はアクトタワーの地下以外にも近くのたくさんの駐車場があります。高級感が溢れています。浜松では最高級のホテルで満足感があります。食後に展望できる場所へ行くのも良いです。
ランチもビュッフェです。ランチはデザートの種類が多いです。ひとりでもたくさんの人数でも行けます。休息したいときはホテルオークラに泊まります。四季折々の外装と内装のデコレーションが綺麗で見とれてしまいます。
スタッフの方々の接遇は最高です。
It is the second floor of Hotel Okura in Hamamatsu Act Tower. Morning is reasonably priced. You can eat morning without staying. Local specialties unique to Hamamatsu are served. All-you-can-eat. There are many parking lots nearby besides the basement of Act Tower. It is full of luxury. You will be satisfied with the finest hotels in Hamamatsu. It is also good to go to a place where you can see after a meal.
Lunch is also a buffet. There are many kinds of desserts for lunch. You can go alone or with a large number of people. When I want to rest, I stay at Hotel Okura. The decorations of the exterior and interior of the four seasons are beautiful and fascinating.
The hospitality of the staff is the best.
