T	Torishin Odekake on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2017年5月にオープンした新しい守谷の名店蕎麦屋さん店名をみて、もしかして知っている方のお店かと思いながら訪問してみると、やはり大当たり。落ち着いてた素敵な店内に静かなジャズが流れてました。お値段はせいろで800円、天ぷらや鴨汁で1,600円。丁寧に調理されているからか、注文してからお料理が出てくるまで、ちょっと時間がかかりますが、ゆったりとした雰囲気のお店なので特に気にもなりませんでした。お蕎麦は細打ちですが、やや硬めの田舎風蕎麦で、しっかりと噛んで頂くタイプのものです。蕎麦汁や鴨汁の味は濃い目ですが、出汁が効いててかなり美味い。デザートに食べたそばプリンがまた秀逸で、お代わりしちゃいましたよ。また、守谷に行かねばならない名店が増えちゃいましたね。美味しい素敵なお店でしたよ。 A new soba restaurant in Moriya, which opened in May 2017 If you look at the store name and think that it might be a store that you know, it is a big hit. Also, the number of famous stores that you have to go to Moriya has increased. It was a delicious and nice shop.

大	大津芳之 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 遊びに行った先でたまたまmapで見つけて寄らせて頂きました。食事を終えてお店の駐車場で看板見たら一週間の内余り店を明けて無い事に気が付きました。開店早々でしたので待たずに旨い蕎麦食べられてとてもラッキーでした。 I happened to find it on the map when I went to play and stopped by. After finishing the meal and looking at the signboard in the parking lot of the store, I noticed that I hadn't opened the store for a week. It was early to open, so I was very lucky to be able to eat delicious soba without waiting.
