その時に保険証、処方箋と共にお薬手帳を（女性の方）渡しました。
お会計の時お薬手帳を渡されなかったので聞いてみたら（男性の方）スタッフに聞きもせず探しもせずに貰ってませんと一点張り。
納得がいかず電話で問い合わせたら結局は書類に紛れてましたとの事。取りに行ったら男性は座ったままで謝罪。次の患者さんが来ていたので探さなかったらしいです。
ニ度と利用したくありません。
 I used it for the first time.
At that time, I handed over the medicine notebook (for women) along with my health insurance card and prescription.
I wasn't given the medicine notebook at the time of checkout, so when I asked (male), I was told that the staff didn't ask or look for it.
I wasn't convinced, and when I inquired by phone, I heard that the documents were confused in the end. When I went to get it, the man apologized while sitting. It seems that he didn't look for the next patient because he was coming.
I don't want to use it again.
