★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家族経営の薬局です。品揃えは他の競合する薬局チェーン店に比べて悪く、接客やサービスは家族経営ならではの緩い感じです。保険適用の薬の処方箋販売も、奥の保管場所からピックアップしたのをただ渡すだけで、特に詳しい説明もありません。もう少し患者一人一人に合わせた、きめ細かい接客やサービスをしないと厳しい感じがします。利用客にとってメリットがありませんし、院内処方と比べて患者の手間と費用が増えているだけです。
It is a family-run pharmacy. The product lineup is poor compared to other competing pharmacy chains, and the hospitality and service are laid back only by a family business. For prescription sales of medicines covered by insurance, I just hand over what I picked up from the storage place in the back and there is no detailed explanation. I feel a bit tough if I don't provide detailed customer service and services tailored to each patient. There is no benefit to the customer, and the labor and cost of the patient is increased compared to in-hospital prescription.

もうちょっとこちらの体調を丁寧に把握した上でないと適切なアドバイスはできないし、こちらはただがっかりするだけ。
There was no convincing explanation for Chinese herbs and medicines. The level of "I already know".
I can't give proper advice unless I have a better grasp of my physical condition, and I'm just disappointed.
