田	田中正義 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 名古屋の繁華街錦三丁目にある「鳥しげ」へ。東京第一ホテルの一階に入ってます。名古屋コーチンをメインで取り扱っているみたいです。予約して行ったのですが、コース以外はカウンター席と言われたので、カウンター席を利用しました。目の前が焼き場なのでみて楽しめるからまぁいいかと。平日ディナータイム大人二人で利用させて頂きました。注文したのは名古屋コーチンムネ肉のタタキふわふわ天使のから揚げ月見つくね串物何品かを注文しました。まず価格帯はかなり高めの設定。串物は具材は小さめでした。名古屋コーチン特有のコリコリした食感で、味は美味しかったです。名物的なふわふわ天使のから揚げは至って普通な感じでした。長年やってる感じのお店だけあって、焼き加減や味付けには特に文句無しです。場所柄と鳥の銘柄的に価格帯が上がってしまうのは仕方ないかな〜と思うけど、もう少しだけボリュームとか出るとありがたいと思いました。ご馳走さまでした。 To "Torishige" in downtown Nishiki 3-chome, Nagoya. D	De Roger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 名古屋で美味しい名古屋コーチンが食べれるお店。予約必須のお店です。 1年前に知らずに訪問して食べれなかったので、1年振りのリベンジ。店内は落ち着いた感じの空間で個室での食事だったので、今のコロナ時代にはちょうど良かったです。食べるものはもちろん至高親子丼。名古屋コーチン自体食べるのが初めてだったので食べた瞬間、おーて感動しました。親子丼自体が親子丼じゃなく、鳥ステーキ丼みたいな感じで、肉質がしっかりあり、食べ応えもありました。焼いている事もあり、香ばしく、とても美味しかったです。つくねも、しっかり食べ応えが有り、これが名古屋コーチンかて印象でした。本当に普通の鶏肉とは全然違ったのでビックリしたのと美味しかったので、また食べたいと思います。 A restaurant where you can eat delicious Nagoya Cochin in Nagoya. B	Benedict on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For Nagoya ‘cochin’ this is probably one of the higher end places. The chicken shio-yaki was great, as well as the fresh garlic ajillo. The interior definitely gives the feel of a higher end restaurant. Prices are relatively higher so not very good value compared to the surrounding restaurants. However if you prefer higher end service and a quieter dining environment then this may be the place for you.
