★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 八幡にあって高崎市ではなく、安中市にあることから知名度が低い古墳ですが、古墳群の主要な古墳のひとつです。過去の航空写真ですと、西から龍的塚、平塚、二子塚と崖に沿って並んで築造されたことがわかります。
墳丘の正確な規模は詳細な調査が必要です。
築造時期についても究明が必要です。
 Although it is located in Yawata and not in Takasaki City, but in Annaka City, it is a low-profile tomb, but it is one of the major tombs in the group of tombs. Past aerial photographs show that it was built along the cliff along with Ryu-tsuka, Hiratsuka and Futakozuka from the west.
