オフィスに入った瞬間にスタッフにトイレに連れて行かれて、うがい液を渡され、これでうがいをして手を洗ってからオフィスに入ってくださいとのことでした。
はじめて出会った人に得体のしれない液体を渡された上、それを口に入れること自体非常に危険なので、トイレの洗面台に流して捨てました。
オフィスに入ったら、次は手を出してと言われ今度はジェル状の消毒剤を手につけられました。
この時点で非常に不愉快極まりない。
その後、ミーティングルームに案内され、今度は個人情報の書面２つに同意しろと署名を迫られました。
１枚目はその書面には今日事業所で知り得たことは一切口外するな、２枚目はあなたから知り得た個人情報は第三者に提供することがある同意しろとの内容でした。
この時点でかなりうんざりしました。
プログラミング学習の内容は、ProgateとTECH CAMPを利用してわからないことは本部の東京にいる人にSlackで質問するとのこと。
要するに、事業所にはプログラミングの質問に答えることが出来る人がいないということ。
その程度のカリキュラムなら自宅でできるというような内容でした。
交通費は不支給で、昼食も自己負担。
交通費不支給はかなり致命的です。
カリキュラムもスタッフがガチガチに組んでいて自由度がかなり少ないです。

As for the contents of programming learning, if you do not understand using Progate and TECH CAMP, you will ask people in Tokyo at the headquarters on Slack.
The bottom line is that no one in the office can answer programming questions.
The curriculum was such that it could be done at home.
Transportation expenses are not paid, and lunch is also paid by yourself.
Non-payment of transportation expenses is quite fatal.
As for the curriculum, the staff is tightly organized and the degree of freedom is quite small.

スタッフの方々の、対応もやわらかく、利用者さんも前向きに訓練やスキルの習得に励まれていて、良い影響をたくさん受けることが出来る環境でした。
