★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 二度こちらで食事をさせて頂きました。最初もその次も、お店の方の対応、料理の出るスピードとても良く、当然お料理もとてもおいしかったです。鳥の刺身は臭みがなく、名物のとり揚げはふわふわジューシーで何個でも食べられます。おいしい日本酒を飲めるのも素敵です。立地が電車だと少しアクセス悪いですが、通う価値のあるお店です。また近いうちに利用させて頂きます(*^^*)

東天満の自宅から自転車でアクセスしても、人混みを通ることがないので行きやすいです。
お店は常連さんらしき人がたくさんいらっしゃって、様々な世間話をされてたのでいいお店なことが伺えます。
料理は一般的な焼き鳥や唐揚げのほか、鶏揚げというつくねの唐揚げのようなものが目玉商品として存在します。
唐揚げも結構珍しい感じの料理がラインナップされておりました。
リーズナブルで美味しい焼鳥屋さんでした

機会あって、ようやくお邪魔します。
表の立て看板を見る限り目移りして仕方なかったんですが、ほぼすべての魅力が体験できる（であろう？）
「鶏づくし御膳：\1,000（税込）」
を注文します。
届いた料理、写真ではわかりにくいんですが
・ご飯
・鶏スープ
・小鉢２品（鶏のうま煮、うずらの味付け卵）
・鶏の塩焼き
・鶏のから揚げ
・鶏シュウマイ
と何とも盛りだくさん。
特に鶏シュウマイは、今まで食したことないだけに興味津々です(^^)
さてまずは鶏の塩焼き、個人的には鶏の旨味と塩味加減が大好きなメニューですが、間違いなく期待通りの味付けで♪
次に未経験の鶏シュウマイですが、味付け自体はけっこうあっさりやのに、鶏をはじめとした具材からの旨味がおいしくて、意外や調味料etc.なくても全然おいしくいただけます。
鶏唐は衣カリカリ＆中ジューシーの典型的なやつで。
鶏スープも、鶏の旨味がよー出てて、おいしい。
いやー、さすが鶏の専門店、知り尽くしてはるなーというのを強く感じました。
おいしいランチをいただきまして、ありがとうございました。

First of all, I love grilled chicken with salt, and personally I love the taste and saltiness of chicken, but it is definitely seasoned as expected ♪
Next is the inexperienced chicken shumai, but the seasoning itself is quite light, but the taste from the ingredients such as chicken is delicious, and surprisingly you can enjoy it at all without seasoning etc.
Chicken Tang is a typical one with crispy clothes and medium juiciness.
The chicken soup is also delicious with the delicious taste of chicken.
No, I strongly felt that it was a chicken specialty store, and I knew everything about it.
