★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 麺類はラーメン・うどん・そば。飯類はカツ丼・とんかつ に天ぷら等々メニュー豊富なお店です。志津川に行ったらこのお店でって思わされた美味しい食事を提供してくれるお店でした。おそらく何を食べても美味しいはず。次に行ったら何を食べようか悩まされるお店です。特にごはんが美味しかったですよ。

磯ラーメンを注文、海老、蟹、皿貝？が入って海鮮風味がふわっと香ります。海鮮系のダシがふんだんに凝縮しているのではなく、トッピングの具材から香る程度なので食べやすいかなと思います。

庶民的なメニューから、味噌ラーメンとカツ丼セットとタンメンを頂きました。カツ丼は好みの汁が多めで美味しく頂きました。

We had miso ramen, katsudon set and tanmen from the popular menu. The katsudon was delicious with a lot of my favorite soup.

味は濃いめな感じ。
テーブルにはナプキンや箱ティッシュなどはなくおしぼりもありません。その点はちょっと不便かな、と。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一心さんがこちらにオープンする前から、味志摩さんに通っておりましたが、そちらでは主に味噌ラーメンをオーダーしていました。それもとても美味しかったのですが、こちらに来店してメニューにカニ丼を見つけた時からしばらく気になって仕方ありませんでした。思いきってオーダーしてみると、自分のイメージしていたカニ丼ではなく、玉子とじのカニ丼だったのです。意外な組合せかと思いきや、これがまた美味しいので驚きました。カニの甘味が玉子と完全に一致して相乗効果を発揮しています❗テーブルに置かれている一味唐辛子を自分は多めにかけますが、甘味と辛味がまた絶妙で大変美味しいです。
それ以来、毎回同じモノをオーダーしてしまうのですが、ご飯の大盛が５０円増しというのも良心的です。
とてもオススメの一品デス❗

もう少し薄味だとカニの旨味が出ると思いますが 味が濃いので御飯が進みます。
