外でカキのオリーブ焼きやカニ汁なんかも出してて楽しい雰囲気がある。
いろいろ楽しめるのでメインの食事というかその前のいろいろつまんでみると満喫出来るかも。

目当ての店が閉まってしまいました。
海鮮丼の店では唯一開いていたこちらの店で、ご飯セットと大好きなウニ&海鮮を選び
外のイートコーナーで食べました。
予想通り…
ウニや海鮮もとても新鮮で美味しかったです。
大満足です?

食べるところは日陰もあるので、快適に美味しく頂きました。
I was aiming for a glitter bowl, but it was too early in the morning and nowhere was open! The Yamauchi fresh fish shop is vacant, and I am very satisfied with the sashimi buffet and rice set!
There is a shade in the place to eat, so it was comfortable and delicious.

お寿司屋さんを含めて方々で海鮮丼食べますがこちらがトップレベルです（器はチープですが中身は高級）。海鮮丼を食べに4度目でした。
さておき，茨城県水戸から4時前（0時～4時の高速深夜割時間帯）に高速乗ると8時少し前に到達します。関東発だと大体同じ感じかと。
この時間で商店街で開いてるのはこちらのお店だけです。三陸の高速は復興道路として無料なので，車での東北観光の起点になります。早く着きすぎてしまったときは，隣接の防災庁舎（震災遺構）等見るべきところがあります。

Anyway, if you get on the highway from Mito, Ibaraki prefecture before 4 o'clock (high-speed midnight discount time zone from 0 o'clock to 4 o'clock), you will reach a little before 8 o'clock. I think it's almost the same from Kanto.
This is the only shop that is open in the shopping district at this time. The Sanriku Expressway is free as a reconstruction road, so it is the starting point for sightseeing in Tohoku by car. If you arrive too early, there are places to look at, such as the adjacent disaster prevention office building (earthquake disaster remains).

丼はまだ準備されてませんでしたが、生牡蠣とホヤ、鮭の塩焼きを2人で食べました。
700円でたくさんの牡蠣を食べれて満足です。ホヤは癖のあるモノのイメージでしたが、こちらはホタテみたいで癖なく美味しくは食べれてビックリしました。
ご飯セットの味噌汁(カニ汁)もダシが効きつつ、塩味のある魚によく合う薄味でとても良かったです。

I am happy to eat a lot of oysters for 700 yen. The sea squirt was an image of something with a habit, but I was surprised to eat it deliciously without any habit because it looks like a scallop.
The miso soup (crab soup) of the rice set was also very good because it had a light taste that goes well with salty fish while the dashi stock worked well.
