お弁当をテイクアウトさせて頂きました。鰻弁当、穴子弁当、柔らかくとても美味しかった。有名店より美味しいような気がします。ミシュランガイド新潟に掲載されましたが、今後もお邪魔したいと思います。
古民家を改築して６月に開店したばかりのようで、ほんのり木の匂いがする素敵な空間。ランチ（香乃葉御膳）に1800円となると最初は少し高い感じがするかもしれませんが、お手間をかけた料理が美味しく、ゆったりと過ごすことができる値段以上の大満足のランチコースでした！また、お邪魔したいと思います。あらかじめ予約した方がいいかもしれません。

I took out the bento. The eel lunch box and the conger eel box lunch were soft and very delicious. I feel that it is more delicious than a famous store. It was published in the Michelin Guide Niigata, but I would like to continue to visit you.
It looks like an old folk house was renovated and opened in June, and it has a nice smell of wood. It might seem a little expensive at lunch (Kanoha Gozen) at 1800 yen, but the troublesome dishes are delicious and it was a great lunch course over the price that you can spend relaxedly! Also, I would like to bother you. You may want to make a reservation in advance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチで初めてお邪魔しました。ゆったりと友人たちと過ごせます。茶碗蒸しに蟹とクリームチーズが隠し味に使われていて絶品です。角煮を選んだ友人と私は銀だらの焼き物。どちらも良い❗
できれば美味しいコーヒーがあれば嬉しいかな。
また、伺いたいと思いました。
I visited you for the first time at lunch. You can relax and spend time with your friends. Crab and cream cheese are used as secret ingredients in chawanmushi, which is excellent. My friend and I who chose Kakuni are grilled sablefish. Both are good ❗
I would be happy if I had good coffee if possible.

お料理もサービスもとても丁寧。
お昼の香乃葉御膳を頂きましたが、主菜はもちろん、お通しからご飯、甘味まで全て美味しい。
使われている器のセンスも素敵でした。
岩室温泉へ行く際はまたお邪魔いたします。

I had Kanoha Gozen for lunch, but the main dish, as well as the izakaya, rice, and sweetness are all delicious.
The sense of the vessel used was also wonderful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お店から左に数件隣に駐車場があるので、そこから徒歩ですぐ到着。開店時間に予約なしで訪問しましたが、女将さんが扉を開けて迎えてくれました。
古民家を改装した店内に入ると、玄関の向かい側に庭が見えます。そちらにはテーブル席がありました。今回はカウンター席に通されました。
ランチ御膳をオーダーしてお茶を頂きながら待ちました。その間にも他のお客さんが到着すると玄関まで女将さんが迎えに行きます。
まずはアサリと筍の茶碗蒸し。
柔らかめに蒸してスープをお出汁をかけて、刻み生姜をのせてあります。生姜がアクセントになり、今で食べた茶碗蒸しで1番美味しいと思いました。
次に百合根の真丈と虎魚の素揚げの餡かけ。
真丈も丁寧な仕事で、素揚げも全く油っぽくカラッと揚げてありとても美味しい。餡かけも薄味で上品でした。
天重はかなりボリュームがあります。
車海老をプラスしました。天ぷらも美味しいし、ご飯にもタレだけでなく柚子で仕事がしてありました。
デザートはマンゴープリンにイチゴがトッピングされていました。気を抜いてて、写真を取るのを忘れてしまいました。
ランチはリーズナブルでオススメです。
本当は夜にも来たいと思いうのですが、時短営業中なので仕方ないですね。
早くコロナが落ち着いて、時間を気にせず楽しめるようになって欲しいです。
今年訪問したお店で1番満足しました。

There are several parking lots on the left side of the shop, so we arrived immediately on foot from there. I visited without reservation at the opening time, but the proprietress opened the door and welcomed me.
When you enter the renovated old folk house, you can see the garden opposite the entrance. There was a table seat there. This time I was taken to the counter seat.
I ordered a lunch set and waited while having tea. In the meantime, when other customers arrive, the landlady will pick you up at the entrance.
First of all, steamed clams and bamboo shoots in a bowl.
It is steamed softly, sprinkled with soup stock, and topped with chopped ginger. Ginger was an accent, and I thought it was the most delicious chawanmushi I had just eaten.
Next, the true length of the lily root and the deep-fried tiger fish bean paste.
It's a polite work, and the deep-fried food is completely oily and crispy, so it's very delicious. The bean paste was also light and elegant.
Tendon is quite voluminous.
I added prawns. The tempura was delicious, and I used to work with yuzu as well as sauce for rice.
The dessert was mango pudding topped with strawberries. I was so careful that I forgot to take a picture.
Lunch is reasonable and recommended.
I'd really like to come at night, but it's open for a short time, so it can't be helped.
I want Corona to settle down quickly so that I can enjoy it without worrying about time.
I was most satisfied with the shop I visited this year.
I will visit you again.
