H	Hiroki Ishii on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 高友丘陵の中央に位置する前方後方墳。（前方後円墳じゃない！）昭和27年（1952年）に発掘調査済。全長55m、後方部一辺は34m、高さ7m。前方部幅22m、高さ4m。墳丘には葺石、埴輪は認められない。埋葬主体は後方部中央、主軸線上にある粘土床を持つ木棺。木棺の長さは3.5m、幅は0.7mほどと推定。副葬品は内行花文鏡、勾玉、管玉、丸玉、小玉、銅鏃、鉄刀、剣、刀子など。墳頂部からは底部穿孔土器片が出土している。なお、当墳については『新編常陸国誌』の「丸山古墳」の項に記載あり。その中で、現存する五輪塔についても触れられている。（出典：八郷町『八郷町史』） The front and rear pass located in the center of the Koyu hills.
