★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The market is amazing with a huge selection of local produce, fish and souvenir items. The restaurant is average however. It’s good, but isn’t worth the price you’re paying for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Market on the first floor has fresh fish. You can choose, get it clean, cut and ready to cook at a cheap price. The Ojisan who cut the fish is really friendly and can also speak English a bit.
The restaurant on the 2nd floor has delicious food, reasonably priced (between 1,000¥ to 1,500¥) and had a really nice view of the Kyukitakami River plus the Ishinomori Manga Museum.
