★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 喉の痛みが5日も続き、耐え難い程になってから受信。診察は30秒もかからず、一方的に医者が早口でまくしたて終了。痛み止めと抗生物質を出されたが全く効かず、夜間別の病院へ。そこでは喉の検査をしていただき、丁寧な聞き取りもあり、安心出来ました。いしかわ内科クリニックの医者の仕事はまさにやっつけ仕事そのもの。2度と行かないし、家族、知り合いにも絶対に勧めないです。時間を惜しんで知らない所に行ってしましましたが、次回からはもうちょっと調べてから新しい所は受信します。

I was given pain relief and antibiotics, but it didn't work at all, so I went to another hospital at night. There was a thorough examination, and there was also a careful listening, so I was relieved. The doctor's job at Ishikawa Internal Medicine Clinic is a defeat job. Never go again and never recommend it to family or acquaintances. I spared time and went to a place I didn't know, but from the next time I'll check a little more and receive a new place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先生はとても親しみやすく、専門的見地からの診断結果を分かりやすく説明してくださり、服薬処方も的確です。また管理栄養士の食事指導もあり、糖尿病患者にはとても助かります。
地域に数少ない糖尿病専門医でもあることから、とても人気があり、患者さんも毎日沢山の方が訪れます。
そんな中で、忙しいのは理解できますが、受付の方の高圧的かつ事務的で冷淡な態度、無愛想な電話応対などなど目に余るものが多々あります。
受付の皆様はクリニックの顔であることを認識され、患者さんへの接遇とは何ぞやということを初歩からしっかりと学ばれたらいかがでしょうか。

先生はとてもいいのですが、どうしても受付の方が高圧的で嫌になります。
ワクチンやってないのは確認した上で、接種後もし何か具合悪くなったら診てもらえますか？と聞いたら、うちはワクチンやってません!の一点張り。
話すら通じませんでした。
かかりつけなのに診てもらえないなんて不思議でしょうがなかったです。
残念ですが、受付の方々の態度で病院通うの辞めてしまいました。

でも、受付の人たちがひどすぎです。病院の入り口入っても気にすることなく、受付カウンター全員が患者さんのこと無視してます。声をかけてもとてもめんどくさそうに対応されます。対応したくないなら受付の仕事やらなければいいのにと思います。こんなひどい対応の病院は初めてでした。
このような状態のことを先生はご存知ないんですかね。本当に残念な病院、受付です。二度と行きたくないです。
