★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日、鍼を打ってもらって来ました。先生は昔から鍼を打ってもらって来ています。
宇都宮に移ってからは、そうそう毎週の様に通えなくなりましたが、月に一度程度
は通っています。結構自分の体に合っているのかも知れません。
先生の方針は、「痛くない鍼・熱くない灸・ゆっくり動かし、痛みがなくなる関節のストレッチ」
だそうです。実際鍼は痛くないけど、しっかりツボを押えてくれていますし、(しっかり刺さって
います)鍼の前後に先生はストレッチをしてくれます。このストレッチも鍼が始めての人だ っ
たら緊張がほぐれていいですよ。気持いいんです。ストレッチは、昔インドでヨガを勉強して
いたので鍼も含めて、体全体の流れというか循環をしっかり掴んで行ってくれます。
治療院は、少しレトロな感じで、町の中ではあまり目立たない気もしますが、入ってみた
ら・・・
普通です。小奇麗におしゃれで、患者さんがゆったり出来るような空間です。
先生も少しシャイだけど、打ち解けるとなかなか面倒見の良い人ですし、助手の奥さんが先
生を上手にフォローして、アットホームな霧囲気を作ってくれています。
先生の技術と治療院の霧囲気がとてもリラックスさせてくれますよ。
