k	koma o on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ホームページによるとクリーニングはこちらで独自製法で洗っているように誤解を招くように書いてありますが、外部の業者に出して洗っているようです。トラブルの対応も不親切で、今後もお願いしようと思っていただけにとてもガッカリ… 引き取りにも配送もしてくれる便利さとホームページの内容を信用してお願いしていただけに騙された感じがして残念でした。また、クリーニング賠償基準第2条2の説明責任も果たしておらず、布団の状態も確認せずに引き取って行かれて、返ってきた物がお願いする前よりニオイがあり満足のいく状態ではなかったので相談させてもらっても、匂いとりは聞かれなかった言われなかったから伝える義理はないと。ニオイはファブリーズでも使ったらどうですか？と言われました。ホームページにも匂いとりの料金設定は書いてありません。見落としてるのでしょうか… あまりにも酷い言い方なので消費者センターに入って頂きましたが、今後も改善する意思は無いようですよと言われました。消費者センターの方も呆れていました。とてもいい街のふとん屋さんだと思ってお友達にも紹介していたので本当にがっかりしかないです。 According to the website, the cleaning is misleading as if it was washed by its own method, but it seems that it is sent to an outside contractor for washing.
