機械でかきもちを作っているのでしょうか。
冷凍の肉のようにきっちり切りそろえられた四角四面のかきもち。
以前はもっとランダムで手作りと分かるような形をしていました。
そしてそれはとてもサクサクで、形がまばらなので味もよく馴染み、それはおいしいかきもちでした。
ここ数年コンスタントに買いつづけて来ましたが、
固さもすごく硬くなっていました。
美味しくありません。
以前はもっとちゃんと「揚げてある」感じがして、かきもち然としていて美味しかったです。
数ヶ月前から硬いのが8割、サクサクのおいしいのがたったの2割しか入っておらず、
今回買ったものに至っては、全部が硬くて揚げてある感じのない、ただの硬いおかきでしかありませんでした。
カチカチのおかきになり変わってしまい、あのさっくり美味しかったのはもはや過去の遺物です。
森山勇助商店の方、たまに自社の商品食べてますか？
他社に作ってもらってるとしても、ちゃんと食べて確認してますか？
委託するのはいいとしても、全部を丸投げし、そのあとチェックをしていかないとこんな風に信用に関わると思います。
買うたびにどんどんガッカリが増え、今回カチカチのおかき100%になっていたので、もう買わないと思います。
