おばあちゃんの家に来たかのような居心地の良さでした。
木綿街道のお店の方はどの方も穏やかで対応が素敵です。
次はお腹を空かせて行って、焼きおにぎりを食べたいと思います。
またただいまーって帰りたくなるような、そんなお店でした。

朝9時にホテルを出て徒歩10分程度の木綿街道に行き、朝食を食べることのできる醤油店へ立ち寄りました。
雲州平田特有のさしみしょうゆと出雲産のお米を使用した焼きおにぎり(220円)を頂くつもりでしたが、お店のおばあちゃんの提案でしじみ汁とお新香のセット(400円)をなんと頂けることに。また、食後には節分直後ということもあり冬季にはやっていない醤油ソフトクリーム(300円)を運良く頂くことができました。
甘みの強いさしみしょうゆはトロミがあり、焼きおにぎりにしてもその独特の甘みはしっかりと残りますので今までに食べたことのないような優しさを感じる美味しいものでした。
そしてさしみしょうゆが使われている醤油ソフトクリームはみたらし味とも違うし醤油味とも違うような独特の甘みが強く感じられ、これもまた雲州平田でしか頂くことのできないものだなと感じました。
なによりもお店の方のホスピタリティに感動しました。
本当に幸せな朝ごはんを食べることができたと思います。

I was touched by the hospitality of the store more than anything else.
I think I was able to eat really happy breakfast.

ここ島根県のも味が違います
みたらし団子のタレみたいな甘めの醤油味
