★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大特価と書いてあるお酒を、二本買おうと思い、もう一本在庫ありますかと聞いたら何処にあるかわならないから無理と言われました。
あと、大特価と書いてあるのでどのぐらい安いのかと思って調べたらア○ゾンや楽○の方が安かった（笑）
 I was thinking of buying two bottles of sake that says it was a bargain, and when I asked if I had another bottle in stock, I was told that it was impossible because I didn't know where it was.
Also, since it says that it is a bargain price, I wondered how cheap it was, and when I looked it up, A * zon and Raku * were cheaper (laughs).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ マジで気分悪い。おばさんと坊主の店員二人。
なんかいいもんないかとふらっと入った。
入ったときからずっとおばさんの方がガン見してきた。
色々店内を物色してたらおばさんの方に「何かお探しですか？」って言われた。
「あ、いや、何か探してる訳ではないんですけど...」って答えたらおばさん黙っちゃって俺の方をじっと見つめてきた。
なんか気まずい雰囲気になって、言っちゃいけないことでも言ったのかと思ったら、坊主の方が「店内ではスマホやめてください」って急に言ってきた。
なんか急にいてもたってもいられなくてすぐに店から出た。なんかもう、怒りやら驚きやら、気分がほんとに悪い。
もう二度と行かない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 正直1つ星もつけたくないです。他の方も同じ経験をされていると思いますが、お店に入った瞬間から見張られている感じがして、テキーラの種類を見ながら、サンライズに合うお酒を調べようとスマホを取り出した瞬間、かなり目つきの悪いおじさんが無言＋高圧的な感じで「店内でのスマホは禁止」と書いてある小さな張り紙を指で指してきました。正直そんな失礼な接客をされたことがないので、めっちゃショックでした。店を見渡したら「見るだけなら帰れ！」みたいな注意書きが怖いくらい店中にはられていて、あぁ、これはあかんやつやと思い、小走りで店を出ました。控えめに言って最低最悪な店です。二度と行かないですし、本当に気分悪くなるだけなので、行かないほうがいいです。怖いもの見たさで行かれるならべつですけど。

To be honest, I was really shocked because I had never been treated to such rude customers. When I looked around the store, I was scared of a note like "If you just look at it, go home!" It's the worst store to say the least. You shouldn't go because you won't go there again and you just feel really sick. It would be nice if you could go by seeing something scary.

品揃えがユニークなので便利なことには便利ですが、メガネをかけた男性の店員の気分のムラが激しく、普通に買える時もありますが、嫌な思いをする時もそこそこあります。
なお、その店員の方に以前、お酒の仕入れのこだわりをお聞きしたところ、お酒は全く飲まれないでおすすめを仕入れるんだとか。
日本酒など季節のものはいいかもしれませんが、値段が高めのお酒は未開封とはいえ古びています。
東横沿線に品揃えも品質も店員の熱意も上回る店はいくらでもあるので、近所にお住まいでふらっと買われるので無ければ他をおすすめします。
他の低評価レビューは誇張ではないと思います。

There are many stores along the Toyoko Line that exceed the product lineup, quality, and enthusiasm of the staff, so if you live in the neighborhood and you can buy it casually, we recommend others.
I don't think other low-rated reviews are exaggerated.

ワインを買おうと思って入ったが、客を泥棒かなんかだと思っているのか、入店から退店までずっと睨みつけられていた。
特に目ぼしいものもなかったので何も買わずに退店しようとしたところ、「迷惑」と言われました。
接客も最低だが、品揃えも卸におすすめされたものや、高くて有名なものを適当に並べました、という感じ。
こんな程度の品揃えで、ここまで勘違いした態度を取れるのは凄いと思った。
こちらで不快な想いをして買物するくらいなら、少し歩いて武蔵小杉駅にあるヴィノス山崎などに行った方がはるかに良い。

It's much better to walk a little to Vinos Yamazaki at Musashi-Kosugi Station than to shop here with unpleasant feelings.
