技術がない上に高圧的な態度…
何度、丁寧に説明しても、
こちらのニーズを理解できない…
遅刻したわけでもないのに、
受付から高圧的で
全体的に考え方、取り組み方が
子供っぽい印象を受けました。
いつも他の美容院なら、
一言ですぐに
理解して下さる施術を
お願いしたのですが、
ここは、
全然わからなかったようで…
さらには、
すべての判断を
なぜか知識もない私に
委ねられました…どう判断しろと？
こちらには知識がないので、
わからないと何度もお伝えしても、
対応を変えてもらえず…
美容師が、だんだん高圧的に！
明らかにイライラしていて、
感情的……
自分の薄い知識を棚にあげて、
すべてお客のせいにしようとする…
わかってもらえるように言葉を変えて
何度も説明しても、
理解ができないようで…
ここは、
技術と知識、経験が少ない&
責任感がないから、
誠実な施術にならないのだと思います！
すべてが信じられない対応でした！！

席数は少なめで5-6席？だったと思います。
3回くらい通ってますが、カット・価格・立地ともにとても満足しています。
価格は相場からも少し安いと思います。
土日しか利用していませんが、直前の予約だとほとんどの時間帯が埋まっているので早めに取ることをオススメします。
It's about 3 minutes walk from both Musashi-Kosugi and Shin-Maruko stations.
5-6 seats with few seats? I think that's how it was.
I've been there three times, but I'm very satisfied with the cut, price, and location.
I think the price is a little cheaper than the market price.
I use it only on Saturdays and Sundays, but if you make a reservation just before, most of the time will be filled up, so I recommend you to pick it up early.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 武蔵小杉界隈のヘアサロンを放浪した結果、こちらのお店が「リーズナブルかつ上手」なので、いつもお世話になっています。ここ2年、店員さんは皆さん男性ですが、男女とわず利用できるお店です。
夫も、私の勧めでこちらに伺い、「よかった」と言って通い始めました笑。おまかせ派の夫、今までは床屋でオジサンカットだったのが、今ではかっこいいエグザイルカットになって帰ってきます。
