ク	クラシック on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ４年近くこちらで紹介して頂いた物件に住んで引っ越しました。基本的には田舎の不動産屋といいますか、比較的親身になってお話を聞いて頂いたと思っています。ですが最後の最後でクリーニング費用を少し高めに持っていかれたと感じました。 30年以上経っているアパートで普通に使用して汚れた範囲内だと思いましたが、相場の2倍近くとられたのではないでしょうか。間取りにもよって額は変わると思いますが、便器の黄ばみ、蛇口の水垢、風呂場の髪の毛の取り忘れ等を写真で納めてそれを理由とされました。私も引っ越しの経験が多くはないのでこちらに多くの非があるのかは分かりませんが、これも良い勉強になったと感じています。扱っている物件は地元の古い物ばかりです。新しい物件はほとんどありませんので参考までに。 I lived in the property introduced here for almost 4 years and moved.
