評価の低さに驚きました。 受付や先生は確かに余計なことはしないタイプ。ただ、その代わりやるべきことは、きちんとしてくれる。もう一声説明だったり、何か話してくれると嬉しいかも。

腰痛で来院し、ヘルニアと診断されリハビリをし、薬を服用しました。 その後、たまたま別の大きな病院で腰周りのMRI検査を受けた際にヘルニアではないことが判明。 まさかの誤診で設備しっかりしてただけに残念でした。 通院されてる方はちゃんとしたとこでセカンドオピニオンをおすすめします。

耐えられない痺れと痛みでMRIをとってもらうも画像では異常なし。医師(院長)から「おまえ、仕事をしたくないだけだろ。画像診断がでたらガツンと言ってやろうと思っていたんだ」と一瞥。呆れてその場から出て、その場にいた看護師さんが受付まできてくれて涙目で謝ってくれましたが…。怒りで震えて以降行くことはありません。その後、先生が保険診療もできないとバカにしていた整体師さんに行き梨状筋症候群と判明。「ポピュラーな症状ですよ」とのこと。本当に不愉快な扱いを受けました。

受付の態度が悪い。 全員ではありませんが説明するのが面倒くさそうで威圧的な話し方。 何度も説明していることかもしれませんが、こちらからすれば初めて聞くこと。 忙しいのもわかりますが、それ理由になりませんよね。 何を勘違いしているのかわかりませんが、それがあなたの仕事ですよ。 先生も説明は丁寧ですが運動できるかと聞くと、〜に出場するわけじゃないんだから無理にやる必要ある?自分はどう思うの? と主観的な事を言ってきたりして失礼な人だなと思いました。 できるかできないか医者の意見を聞いているのに自分はどう思うか聞いてくるのもおかしな話です。 受付と先生は威圧的な感じです。 次ふざけた事を言ってきたら一言言ってやろうかと 笑 医者の見立てはいいと思うので、病院のイメージが悪くならないように上から物を言うのはやめた方がいいですよ。

何度も通院していますが、不愉快な思いをしたことはありません。受付の方は結構丁寧な対応ですし、医師もテキパキと的を得た診察です。 朝の順番取りは玄関に列ぶのでなく、朝早くから置いてある受付表に記入し8時50分に来ればよいので合理的です。 待合室の椅子は柔らかく楽です。

初診で院内のシステムがよくわからないので受付に質問したのだが、言ってる意味がわかりません、と言わんばかりの威圧的な対応。電話での問い合わせも同じ印象。先生は症状が起きている理由と処置の意味をよく説明してくれて印象はよい。

とにかく混んでる!椅子も多いけど、全部埋まるレベルで混んでる。ただ先生は初めはすごく厳しくて怖いなと思ったけど、子供のことを思ってきつく言ってくださったのと、それ以外は丁寧にしっかり対応してくれたり、他の病院がやっているかなど看護師さんに指示を仰いでくれたりとても好印象でした⭐︎その指示を受けた看護師さんはとても面倒くさそうにしていたのが残念でしたが。。先生はとても良かったです!あとレントゲン技師のお兄さんもとにかく明るく優しく本当に素晴らしかったです⭐︎結果、待ちますが良い病院でした!
