しかし本日は初診は受付していませんとの事でした。自動ドアの入り口にコロナ関連等の張り紙がベタベタと貼り付けてある所に本日初診は受付出来ませんとか出しておけるのでは？
お電話で予約してからと受付の人に言われたが、ホームページにそんな事書いてない。
二度と行かない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 私は、腰ひざが悪く、通院させてもらっていますが、いつも診察予約は9：00～9：30（予約時間は30分の幅があります）の時間帯で取らせてもらってます。ですが、下にコメントされている方が言われている内容と違い、ほぼ毎回、その時間帯の間で診察を受けることができています。また私は、日ごろから、ウォーキングやプールでの体作りをしているのですが、どのようなやり方が良いとか悪いとか、質問したら先生は丁寧に教えてくれましたよ。それに、いつもリハビリを対応してくれる女性スタッフさんたちは、いつも元気で明るく対応してくれています。最近は、体の痛みも、かなり楽になり、生活を楽しくすごせるようになってきました。いつも悪いところを丁寧にさわって診てくれる院長先生やリハビリの女性スタッフさんたちには、とても感謝しております。
下の方（そらまめさん）がコメントされている内容が、信じ難く、理解し難かったので、コメントさせてもらいました。診察治療をうける私たち側の、それぞれの価値観や求めるものの違いなのでしょうか。

とにかく自分の主張を曲げようとせず
寄り添う感じは全くありません。
ひどくなったら注射だよとか脅してくるだけで
具体的にどうすればいいかのアドバイスは体操をしろくらいしか言いません。
レントゲンも放射線技師ではなく看護師さんがセッティングから撮影までこなしていて法律までも犯しています。
スタッフさんも疲れた顔をしていて
どんどん辞めていっている。
トップの人があれではついていくのは厳しいだろうなと納得です。
怒られたい人や待つのがとても好きな人はどうぞ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本当に治したいという気持ちがある方には本当に有難いクリニックです。リハビリも働きながら通うのは大変ですが毎回効果を感じています。優しいだけで大量の処方の全く治らないお医者さんと自身も努力しながら治していく医者とどちらを選ぶかはそれぞれが決めればいいと思います。初診が3時間待ちとか普通だと思いますが…。他のクリニックも3時間待って診てもらいました。あと、このコロナ禍で初診はどこも予約無しでは当日診察してもらえない所の方が多いです。コロナ禍中にも色々なクリニックに行きましたが予約の患者さんを優先されています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新規患者受入拒否する。コロナで密を避けるため初診は電話で予約が必要で1週間先まで予約いっぱいで診れませんと足の痛い子供を診てもらえなかった。急な症状は予約できないでしょうに。皆さんお気をつけて。
HPには新規の方は極力電話をしての来院を、となっているが予約の必要等のアナウンスなし。非常に不親切。あげく近場の他院に行って欲しいとのこと。
コロナ禍でも初診予約必須なんてあまり聞かない。ここは大して混雑してなかった、コロナ対策成功してますね。おめでとうございます。二度と行かない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 全く融通が効かず、強情な先生ですが腕は良いです。私も初診のときは3時間ほど待ちましたし、１回目は「今日は診れない」と拒否されました。。
痛みを注射でごまかすことはなく、なぜ痛みがでるのか根本的な原因を説明してくれます。優しくはありませんが、信頼はできます。
愛想が良い先生が良いなら、ここはやめた方がいいと思います。でも、他の整形外科も行きましたが、大野先生が一番かな。
