ぎっくり腰になり、寝返りすら超ゆっくりしないと激痛が走る状態で、 家内に肩を借りながら、近所だった為ここに来たのですが、 受付の問診で、ぎっくり腰と記入。 その後、激痛に耐えながらレントゲンを撮り、 診察では、”ぎっくり腰では無いし、特に悪い所は無い”と言われ、自分が診察の椅子から立つときに激痛でよろめいた所で、”痛いなら痛み止めの注射をしますか?”と言ったので、やってもらった。しかし痛みはほとんど消えず。 ”その後リハビリで電気をやって”と流され、そちらのスタッフはぎっくり腰だと分かっておらず、”はい、じゃあまず腰がどこまで曲がるか曲げてみて”と言われ、無理やり曲げさせられ、そして電気を当てられながら、足腰をぐいぐい曲げられ、ひたすら激痛に耐え、終わったと思ったら、”これで腰が曲がるようになったから、曲げてみて”と言われたが、やれるはずもなく何も変わらず痛みが増しただけ。 この病院に関しては、先生が若く経験が無く診断の能力は皆無で、ただ多く金を稼ぐためのベルトコンベア方式で、どの患者も、レントゲン→診察→リハビリに流すといったものです。 重傷者はここには行かない事をお勧めします。

先生もスタッフも親切です。予約ですぐにいっぱいになる人気の病院ですが、しっかり診察してくれ良心的です。 診察も的確で、料金も良心的です。

こんにちは? brown cocoaさんのきっちり冷静な投稿が参考になるかな? 良い所は良い❗ 悪い所は悪い❗ と具体的に指摘してるので、今後の改善に活かせると思います❗ 何れにしても、病診連携等々の地域医療を支えるシステムを理解されていない、やや冷静さを欠く無茶な厳しい投稿に振り回されないことかな〰️? 僕自身は、この病院さんとは無関係な通りすがりですが… うちの25歳スタッフさんが痛みでかかり、それなりに満足していたので、気になり覗かせて頂きました? 若い先生、正にこれからですよ? 厳しい投稿、励ます投稿色々ですが、目の前の患者さん一人一人と向き合って、多忙でも体に気をつけ頑張って下さい。 因みに、この言葉は、爺さんとは言え、自分自身への戒めでも有りますが?

看護師の方も医師の方も、とても親切に丁寧に対応して下さいました。待合室の椅子も立ち上がり易く、木の雰囲気も落ち着きました。膝に力が入らなかったので、立ち上がり易い椅子は助かりました❗️

腰痛で初めての受診の為に電話で問い合わせたらネットから予約でと言われて1時間半待ちで診察受けれました、ネットで問診も済ませてたので先にレントゲン撮れたのでスムーズに進みました。先生も丁寧に説明していただけて満足、何処の整形外科でも混雑は当たり前ですがネットで問診予約出きるから、来院してレントゲン、診察、リハビリと2時間半で初心の心療終れました

子供が学校で怪我をしたのでかかったのですが、先生、看護師さん、レントゲン技師さんも話しやすく親切な方たちばかりでした。 会計時に受付の方に「今回は医療費助成制度(1回500円)で処理してありますが、日本スポーツ振興センターの災害共済給付制度を利用する場合は手続きを変更するので今月中に言ってください」と言われ、実際にスポーツセンターの給付制度を利用することにしたので、初診から3日後に病院に電話で連絡をしました。 ですが、次の月になっても医療費助成制度で処理されており、受付の方にスポーツセンターの給付制度を利用することにしたと伝えると「聞いていませんけど。変更手続きは処理の関係があるので先月中に言ってもらいたかったですね」と言われてしまいました。私が「〇月〇日の何時ごろに電話で伝えました」と言っても「聞いていません」の一点張り。 治療が終了したので日本スポーツ振興センターの災害共済給付制度の用紙書いてもらい、その書類が出来上がったと連絡をいただいたので受け取りに行くとちょっと歳が上のベテランの方に「電話連絡してから来てください。」と言われ、「30分前に電話で今から取りに行きますと話しましたけど?」と言うと途端に嫌な顔をして書類を探し始めました。忙しいのはわかりますけど、それが仕事ですよね? それに事務員同士で情報を共有していないのかな?といろいろと思うことはありました。 その後に「日本スポーツ振興センターの災害共済給付制度を利用する時は市の医療費助成制度を利用しないでくださいと用紙に書いてありますけど、今回市の医療費助成制度を利用していますがいいのですか?」と聞いたら「大丈夫です。問題ありません。このまま学校に出してもらえば書類は通ります。」としか言ってもらえず、どうしても気になったのでもう一度同じ内容を聞いたのですが私の質問には全く答えてもらえず、さらに強い口調で「問題ないのでそのまま出してください!」と言われました。 忙しくて説明したくなかったのでしょうかね…。ですが病院も患者さん(お客さん)あっての商売なので、自分が上の立場ならもう少し対応を考えたほうがいいのではと思いました。 先生、看護師さん、レントゲン技師さん ☆☆☆☆☆ 受付 ☆ の平均を取って、☆☆☆にさせていただきました。
