小	小林明夫 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 濃厚吟醸みそ鶏白湯特製トッピングを食べました。トロトロスープがいい味出してました。高菜のアクセントが美味しかったです。ただ、価格が税抜きで分かりにくく、量から考えるとコスパが非常に悪いです。再来裏メニューに味噌ラーメンがあるのは知ってましたが、あの大元インスパイアだったとは。これは食さねばとの事で再来しました。以前のメニューは税抜き価格表示だったのが、税込みに変わってました。メニューの最後の裏メニューの表示がなくなっていたのですが、店員さんに聞くとありますよとの事で注文。裏味噌ラーメン、野菜増し、こまちゃ（はじちゃ）、こってり。以前トラガスで食べたDに近い感じがしました。ニンニクが効いていて、油膜の浮いたこってりラーメン。とても美味しく頂きました。店員さんの話だとしばらく裏メニューはやっているみたいですが、無くなる前にまた来たいです。最近で一番美味しいラーメンでした。再訪あっさり比内地鶏そば醤油特製トッピングを注文しました。スッキリしながも、コクがある淡麗スープです。細麺もスープに良く絡んでスルスルいけます。チャーシューがササミっぽい感じであまり好みではありません。美味しかったのですが、全体的にボリューム少な目で、900円なのでコスパが悪いと思います。次はDXまぜそばを食べてみたいです。 I ate a special topping of rich ginjo miso chicken plain hot water. Back miso ramen, extra vegetables, tops, and rich. It felt like D I had eaten in Tragus before. Thick ramen with garlic and a floating oil film. It was very delicious. According to the clerk, it seems that the back menu has been done for a while, but I want to come again before it runs out. It was the most delicious ramen these days. Revisited I ordered a special topping of Hinai chicken soba soy sauce. It is a refreshing but rich soup. Thin noodles are also well entwined with the soup and can be slurped. I don't really like the char siu because it looks like scissors. It was delicious, but the volume is small overall, and it's 900 yen, so I think the cost performance is bad. Next time I would like to eat DX mixed soba.

高	高山博之 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 緊急事態宣言の全国拡大を受けて、ここ秋田県横手市でも休業するお店が急増。暫し、ランチ難民化しており、空いてるお店を見つけ訪問。看板に「鶏白湯スープ」と書いてあり、鶏出汁が売りのお店のようです。店内のメニューを見たらかなり豊富で、鶏出汁だからあっさりだけだろ！との思い込みが粉砕されました。迷ってオーダーは「濃厚塩鶏白湯らーめん」を。鶏出汁とは思えない、とろみがかった濃厚なスープです。濃厚でも後味がスッキリなのは、やはり鶏出汁だからでしょうかね。しつこくない濃厚さです。麺は、メニューによって変えてるわけではないようで、普通の太さのストレート麺。最近流行の麺です。濃厚なスープには、この麺が合いますね。チャーシューも、もちろん鶏もも肉。チャーシュー以外に鶏団子も入ってました。ネギが、長ネギでなく玉葱と万能ネギなのは、鶏出汁との相性でしょうか？玉葱の食感は、楽しめました。メンマはこだわりなのでしょう、一本物でした。メニューが豊富なので、全品食べるまでは、かなり通わなければなりませんね(o^^o) 余談ですが、お店の前の自販機、お店のラッピング広告でした（笑） Following the national expansion of the emergency declaration, the number of shops that are closed here in Yokote City, Akita Prefecture, has increased rapidly.
