高	高山博之 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 結構古くからあるお店ですが、何故か行った事なかったので初訪問してみました！店名にあるようにラーメンが売りのお店のようです。製麺所のカレンダーや店内のポスターで、横手では札幌ラーメンのはしりのお店のようです。が、メニューには有りません(￣▽￣;) なので、みそラーメンをオーダー。札幌ラーメンをベースとして、横手市民向けにアレンジしたのでしょう。少し薄めの味噌スープですが、しっかり味噌の旨味と甘味は味わえます。麺は札幌ラーメンと同様全粒粉を使用した黄色っぽい麺です。太さは極太まではいかなくて、ちょい太の食べやすい麺です。味噌ラーメンの太麺が苦手な方には、きっと合うでしょう。カレンダーや灰皿に「西山ラーメン」と書かれてましたが、製麺所でしょうかね？具材は札幌ラーメンとは違い、普通の味噌ラーメンの野菜多めの具材です。トータルバランスの良いラーメンでした(^^) It is a shop that is quite old, but I visited for the first time because I had never been there for some reason! The thickness is not thick enough, and it is easy-to-eat noodles. If you are not good at miso ramen's thick noodles, it will fit well. "Nishiyama ramen" was written on the calendar and ashtray, is it a noodle shop? The ingredients are different from Sapporo Ramen, and they are stuffed with vegetables of ordinary miso ramen. 加	加川良太 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数年振りに訪れました。今回は自転車で訪れたので気にせず店の前に置きましたが、車の場合お店のちゃんとした駐車場が無いので、なかなか行きづらい感じがします。お店の前に一台くらいは路上駐車して停めれるような感じなので、実際来店する場合は車の置き場所をちょっと考えなければいけません。そして今回注文したのは肉野菜ラーメン。普通盛りでもけっこう具も多く入っているので、満足感のある量でした。大盛りも出来るし、半チャーハンや半カレーライスなどもあるので、たくさん食べる人も十分満足出来る量だと思います。味は醤油ベースで肉と野菜の旨味が出ているスープで、麺は西山ラーメンの黄色い麺で美味しくいただきました。今流行りのこだわりラーメンとかではなく、昔ながらの食堂のラーメンって感じなので、どれを食べてもハズレがないような感じです。食べている時に他のお客さんで、ここの店はカレーが美味しいから来てみたって人が居て、カツカレーと半ラーメンを注文していました。次回はそのカレーを食べてみたいなぁと思ったので、もし機会があれば頼んでみてはどうでしょうか? The taste is a soy sauce-based soup with the flavor of meat and vegetables, and the noodles are the yellow noodles of Nishiyama Ramen. It's not like the ramen that is popular nowadays, but the ramen in the old-fashioned dining room, so it feels like you won't lose any of them. When I was eating, there was another customer who wanted to come to this shop because the curry was delicious, so I ordered cutlet curry and half ramen. I wanted to eat that curry next time, so if you have a chance, why don't you ask ?
