★ ★ ★ ★ ★ パソコンの電源が入らなくなってしまい、ネットで調べると近所で口コミも多かったので伺いました。
スタッフの方は丁寧でしたが、たぶんマザーボードが壊れているので詳しく調べるだけで最大1週間ほどかかり金額も3万以上は必要ということで、急ぎだったのと新しいパソコンではないので3万なら買替えようと思いましたが販売しているパソコンも結構高かったので諦めていたところネットですぐ近くに安い中古のパソコン屋さんがあることを知り買替えるついでで試しに見てもらうとなんと1時間ほどで修理してくれて金額も1万ほどで済みました。
改めて口コミを見てもSSDにすると早くなることも？ぐらいの人にはスタッフの方も丁寧でいいかもしれませんが難しい修理は苦手なようです。
星を2つにしようと思いましたが期間と金額の差が修理してもらったところとあまりに大きすぎたのでこの評価です。すみません。

まず、担当してくれた男性の方の対応がとても良かったです。
私は修理を検討していたのですが、パソコンの年式が古いこともあり、修理をするよりもお店で販売している3万円ぐらいのパソコンを購入したほうが安く、しかもパソコンの性能も良くなるとのことだったので、修理はせず、こちらでパソコンを購入しました。
データのことが不安でしたが、古いパソコンからワードやエクセル等の必要なデータも移行してもらい、初期設定等も全てやってもらったので大変助かりました。
家で自分でやらないといけなかったのは、Wi-Fi接続時のパスワードを、モデムの裏を見て入力することぐらいでした。
販売しているパソコンはSSDを使っているらしいので、価格は安いのに動作はサクサク動いているのでとても快適です。
スタッフの方がとても親切で説明が分かりやすかったので、また何かあれば利用したいと思います。

受付の方に見せたところ液晶を取り替えるという理由で3万〜4万の料金を提示され、こちらが故障の原因を聞くと奥から実務者の方が出てきて内部の故障なので5000円ですむと仰られたのでモヤモヤした。最初から詳しい方に見せて説明を貰ってからから金額を提示して同意書を書かせて欲しかった。
