k	k b on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 絶対にオススメできない。悪質で危険。船橋には他にいくらでも仲介会社はある。騙されないで欲しい。 ①賃貸契約にあたり見積もりを取得したところ他社の見積もりにはない消毒費用が計上されていた。確認したところ任意で実施しているとのことで、説明なく計上してくる。極めて悪質。 ②契約予定だった物件の管理会社の評判が悪いためキャンセルを申し出たところ、そんなことはないとこちらの見解を否定。具体的な悪評を提示したところ悪びれる様子もなく、そういう風にもとれると言ってくる始末。 ③こちらから質問しないとなにも説明してこない。そのわりに仲介手数料はしっかりとってくる。 I can't recommend it.
