夜の8時ごろに問い合わせたら即座に対応してくれました。
修理も1時間くらいで治して頂きました。

前お願いした店員さんはとても良かったのですが。
飛び込みokとあったが店都合で受付停止、交通費も時間もかけてきてる相手に断るにしても断り方ってありますよね。店側の主張押し付けるだけで、電話くれればとかなぜかこっちの責任にしようとしてきましたけど電話壊れてるから修理いってるんで何言ってるんだろうと思いました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 急ぎで近場でiPhone修理をしてくれるお店を探していて、20時まで対応しているとマイビジネスに掲載していたので、お願いしようと19時前くらいに店舗に行きました。
そしたら今は早めに閉まるらしく、最終の受付が18時半までとなっていました。
確認したら、ホームページには掲載されていましたが、マイビジネスの方には20時と掲載されたままだったので、Googleに報告して時間を18時半にユーザーから変更させて頂きました。
ただ、本来ならこういった事はそちらの店舗でこういう客が来ないようにするのが普通ではないでしょうか？
申し訳ないですが、今回は評価1を付けさせていただきます。

However, isn't it normal to prevent such customers from coming to that store?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HPではバッテリー交換は３０分程度と書かれていたので行ったのですが１時間かかると言われました。何故かと聞いてみると、対応したのがいかにも研修中といったスタッフで「研修中なので多く時間がかかってしまいます」とのこと。研修中のスタッフにスマホの修理を任せるのは正直不安でしかないし、こちらも予定があるのでお断りしました。
もう一人いた先輩らしきスタッフは我関せずだったのが信じられません。
顧客対応としてハッキリ言って最低レベルだったので☆１にさせていただきました。
HP said that it took about 30 minutes to replace the battery, so I went there, but I was told that it would take an hour. When asked why, the staff responded that they were in training, saying, "Because it is in training, it will take a lot of time." To be honest, I was only worried about leaving the repair of the smartphone to the staff during the training, and I refused because I have a plan.
I can't believe that the other senior staff member wasn't involved.
To be clear, it was the lowest level for customer support, so I decided to set it to ☆ 1.
