る	るか on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 付き添いで、10年以上伺っています。担当の先生は大変人気といいますかいつ伺っても大変混んでいますが、それだけ信頼を置かれている先生なのかと思います。もしかしたら先生によって良し悪しはあるかもしれませんが、今のところ悪いところを感じたことはありません。以前、担当医不在時に別のお若い先生に診ていただきましたが、親身に話を聞いていただけましたし。問題になっている受付の件ですが、実際に10年以上前から変わっていないと思います。唯一優しそうな方がいらっしゃっても、その次以降来たらいらっしゃらなかったり…(おそらく退職されたということ)。たしかに他の個人病院に比べて患者数がとても多い病院のため患者さんへの対応が手薄になるのはわかりますが、あんなに受付の人が変わっているのを見るとあくまで憶測として内部的にも何か問題があるのでは？と思ってしまいます。よく受付職員募集されてますもんね。１つだけ病院側へ忠告させていただきますと、受付さんがいろんな人に発していた悪口や暴言は10年以上前から患者側までよく聞こえていましたからね。なぜ患者側がそれにビクビクしなければいけなかったのか。ただ、受付の対応が良くて先生がダメな病院に行くよりは、受付に難があっても先生の腕が確かな病院に行くべきであると思いましたので、長く通わせていただいております。先生次第では通ってよいのでは？と思う病院です。 I have been with you for over 10 years.
