★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 私は、希望館病院で、看護補助として、働いていました。希望館病院の印象としては、かなり、暗いです。看護部長、病棟師長さんは、とてもいい人なんですが、全体的に、看護学生さんを採用する確率が高いので、もう少し、看護学生さんを減らすべきです。それと、看護師と看護学生さんの制服が同じの為、区別がつきません、看護学生さんは、看護学生らしいユニホームに変えるべきです。それと、吸引機の洗浄、物品補充は、看護補助さんがやるべきです。看護学生さんは、看護補助さんが出来ないことをやって貰いたいです。何か改善をしていかないと、いつまでも、長く務めてくださる方は、見つかりません。
I worked as a nursing assistant at Kibokan Hospital. The impression of Kibokan Hospital is quite dark. Nursing director and ward superintendent are very good people, but overall there is a high probability of recruiting nursing students, so we should reduce the number of nursing students a little more. Also, because the uniforms of nurses and nursing students are the same, there is no distinction. Nurse students should change to uniforms like nursing students. In addition, nursing assistants should do cleaning and refilling of the suction machine. Nursing students want to do things that nursing assistants cannot do. If you don't make any improvements, you won't find anyone who will serve forever.
