何度訪れてもあまり良い対応をしてもらえないので、正直少し行きづらいお店です。
たまたまふらっと立ち寄った際にお財布をみかけ、欲しいなと思って眺めていたら店員さん(Yutuberの方)が製品を説明してくださいました。
可愛いと思っていたので買う気があったのですが「逃がさないぞ！」という強い意志を感じ、まくしたてるように買う方向へ持って行こうとあれやこれやと売り文句を言われました。
ゆっくり見たかったですし、なによりそこまで説明してくださらなくても製品が自然に良さを語ってくれていたと思うので、ちょっと過度な接客だったと思います。
別の日に伺った際は別注で生産している靴のことを「あなたが履いている靴もいいけど、こちらの方がよりスタイリッシュで良いと思う」というような趣旨のことを言われました。
私が履いている靴も気に入って履いていたのでとてもショックでした。
わざわざ相手の物を下げる言い方をする必要があったのでしょうか。
置いているものが好きなので時々伺いますが、ほぼ毎回嫌な気持ちにさせられるので足が遠のいているお店です。
桐生店に伺ったことがあるのですが、桐生店のスタッフの方は比較的穏やかなので都合があえばそちらに伺いたいなと思います。
置いてあるものは良いものが多いだけに本当に残念です。

I was very shocked because I liked the shoes I was wearing.

I like what I put on it, so I visit it from time to time, but it makes me feel uncomfortable almost every time, so it's a shop that I'm far from.
I have visited the Kiryu store, but the staff at the Kiryu store are relatively calm, so I would like to visit there if it is convenient.
It's really disappointing because there are many good ones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ おしゃ。鎌倉にも姉妹店がある。こだわりのオーダーがま口財布やら、やたら足に馴染む革靴（こちらもオーダー）やら、シルバーアクセやらが1階に。2階はセレクトな服中心。無地系のシンプルでカジュアルめなものが多い。取り扱い店舗の少ないブランドの服が豊富にあったり、見てて楽しい。店員さんもすごくちょうどいい具合に相談乗ってくれたり、おすすめしてくれたり、思わず予定以上に買ってしまう魔の店。でも引き寄せられて何度も行ってしまう。そしておすすめしてしまう。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の方も書いていらっしゃいますがYouTuberの店員さんの接客がひどくてあまり行かなくなりました。スマホ依存なのかな？ 服や人に対しての尊重さに欠けている印象を受けます(YouTubeの動画も然り。観てるこっちがヒヤヒヤする場面が多数)。セレクトされる服が素晴らしいだけに残念です。売り込みのために採用したのであれば、もっと教育もされるべきだと感じました。
As other people have written, the YouTuber clerk's customer service was so bad that I didn't go much. Is it smartphone-dependent? I get the impression that there is a lack of respect for clothes and people (the same is true for YouTube videos. There are many scenes where I'm watching this one). It's a shame because the clothes selected are wonderful. I felt that if I hired it for marketing, I should be more educated.
