Using Japan sourced ingredients, the kitchen provides 'innovative' dishes but with solid traditional foundation. Pâté de Campagne was tasty, the bisque with crab meat and shrimp was wonderful, and the beef was flavorful. Ground floor is an open kitchen and tables upstairs. Good wine list.
