湖	湖条颯真 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ イノセンス・ディファイン小説家の中島桃果子（なかじまもかこ）さんがオーナーのお店。１階部分はカフェ&バーで、２階部分はギャラリーになっており、その時々の展示を楽しむことができる。カフェの特徴は、決まったコーヒーのメニューではなく、お客様の好みに合わせて、バリスタが淹れてくれること。酸味があるのは苦手とか苦味が強いのが良いなどをバリスタに伝える事で、ここでしか飲めない味を楽しむことができる。「フルーティなコーヒー」などの希望にも応えてくれる。 2020年からカフェとしても営業開始。営業時間は・月曜休み・火曜日は21:00〜0200 ・水曜から土曜までは13:00〜0200 18:00ぐらいからお酒を飲みにくる人も居るが、 21:00ぐらいからバーにスイッチ。スイッチ後は「芸術酒場」と呼ばれている。カウンター8席だが、 1席1席はそんなに狭くない。常連さんの巣窟ではなく入りにくい雰囲気もない。隠れ家的なカフェ&バーだと思う。 Twitterアカウント有り。「イーディ珈琲」と「イーディInnocence Define」で出てきます。 Innocence Define Novelist Momoka Nakajima Is the owner's shop.
