Even tho they are situated in Omotesando (where most staff usually speak english) none of the staff could speak english when I visited (or maybe I was just unlucky). I personnaly prefer their skincare products to their makeup ones. Innisfree is a korean cosmetic brand, which is considered the first natural brand. Their product are made with ingredients from Jeju Island. All of their packaging is made with recycled paper and they also use vegan ink. All of their store have a recycling box for your empty cosmetic bottles!
j	jeff watson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guess what? Innisfree official store is finally in Tokyo!! They have almost 80% of their online products here! The staff are super kind and sweet. They are willing to help you find the right product for you. Innisfree never fails to amaze. The also have their famous Green Tea Serum and Volcanic Rock clay mask. This store is also pretty big so you won’t have a problem finding the product that’s right for you. :)

D	Dina Santina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great shopping experience at this Innisfree store, the staff was super kind and I simply really enjoyed the ambiance. On the second floor, they had a virtual reality experience set up and a bit of jungle for pictures.
