★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During November there is a Dragon Ball theme here. Food is alright and well priced, awesome atmosphere with heaps of Dragon Ball theme music playing and surprisingly more calm and quiet than I was expecting. Definitely a must try once visit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here becouse of the Rilakkuma event, and was an amazing experience. The food was delicious and pretty, the ambience full of Rilakkuma plushies and things. Also, the waitress was kind and helpful. The only thing I didn't like it was the reservation system, becouse you have to go there first and make it personally for the same day

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cafe itself is pretty nice, I recommend doing your research before visiting this cafe. There's no online reservations for Tower Records cafe, and in order to get a reservation, I recommend showing up right when they open to line up to make a reservation with a staff member.
Honestly, I think they need a better system of making reservations, but it's alright. I hope this information helps other travelers looking to visit the cafe.
